You may reserve the right to purchase a lot (at special reservation pricing for a limited time), by execution of a reservation agreement and payment of a fully refundable $5,000 deposit.  When the final contract becomes available, you will have 30 days upon receipt to enter into a contract for the purchase of your reserved lot.  You may rescind the reservation agreement at any time prior to contract, with all earnest money returned.  See Listing Broker for details.
